Thank you for joining us, we have a great show planned, and so happy that you will be a part of what makes this event special. This should be a fun and exciting show.
Setup times at the Fairgrounds:
Friday: 10am-9pm (Enter Orient Rd)
Saturday: 6:30am-9:00am (Enter MLK before 8am)
Sunday: 8:00am
Getting into venue:
Friday: You can enter in via the Vendor Gate off Orient Rd. to get there you would map yourself to Hard Rock Casino, then drive past that under overpass and turn left. (see map graphic)
Saturday/Sunday: You will enter in from the Fairgrounds MLK Blvd Gate. Sat you will bet provided with a parking pass during the day or once you setup. (as available)
Show Times:
Sat: 10am-6pm, Sun: 10-5pm (Weekend tix get in at 9am)
Pack-up/Tear-down/Table Buy-outs:
– PLEASE DO NOT pack-up your space prior to 30 min from closing show on Sunday. If this is a problem please contact a staff member immediately.
– Table Buyouts – if a customer buys your table out (it happens), please contact a staff member prior to selling so we know that is happening.
